We recently completed a full transformation of this outdoor area, transforming it into a  functional and stylish garden retreat.

 

The foundation of the project was laid with high-quality porcelain tiles, chosen for their durability, sleek appearance, and low-maintenance benefits. These create a crisp, clean surface that complements both traditional and contemporary settings.

To introduce depth and define the layout, we installed raised beds using reclaimed railway sleepers. Their natural, weathered look adds character and warmth, while providing ample space for planting and seasonal colour.

A softwood timber structure was added as a final touch—designed to support climbing plants as they grow and spread, adding vertical interest and a sense of enclosure over time.

 

Once fully established, this feature will create a lush, green canopy and a natural focal point in the garden.

Altogether, the result is a welcoming outdoor space that balances hard landscaping with soft natural elements—perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or simply enjoying the changing seasons.
